CareJourney’s Network Advantage tool provides Arvon CIN with insight on building high performing networks, benchmarking providers and optimizing network operations.

Health Focus is a purpose-built solution to population health management designed to support physician

and physician-hospital organizations, such as Arvon CIN, engaged in value-based care. It integrates and analyzes data from

eligibility, claims, and clinical interfaces into a single platform to provide a clear and complete picture of patient care. The system will replace HealthEC by the beginning of 2025. 

Arvon CIN uses PatientPing to receive real-time notifications on care-managed populations to improve coordination of care and outcomes.
